...We are an approved affiliate with Homes for Heroes, a non-profit Foundation started after 911 and currently based out of Minneapolis, MN.
The mission of Homes for Hero’s is to provide extraordinary
savings to our heroes who provide extraordinary services
to our nation and its communities.
Why did we decide to be affiliated with Homes for Heros?
We believe in giving back to our community. When we found Homes for hero’s, we fell in love with their mission and their background story and we knew it was the perfect fit for us.
How does this organization help you?
This organization awards cash to its Heroes after closing, whether you are buying or selling. Year to date (2023) Homes for Heroes has awarded $127,103.495 to over 65,677 families in the United States.
In addition, the Homes for Hero’s Foundation gives money to help our local heroes in need thru non-profit foundations.
So, what constitutes a hero?
A hero is defined as First Responders (Police, Fire Fighters & EMT’s) anyone working, in the medical profession, including all employees of hospitals, all branches of the military, teachers and anyone working in our schools (administration, teachers, aides, staff etc).
